Refunds & Cancellation Policies

Replacement Policy:

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered, and the package is in a state where you can’t start using the product, please reach out to the customer support team by chatting with “Stuti” or email us at Your damaged item will be replaced with a new brand box at no additional cost.

You can cancel your chosen product Subscription plan.

Please chat with Stuti or write to us at  requesting for a cancellation. We process the request within 48 hours, and you will not be charged anymore after that. You will be eligible for a 100% refund. (Please read the “Refund” section below).

Note: The SkinKraft membership cannot be canceled & membership amount cannot be refunded. The membership will be active for one year and order can be placed at any time.

You can cancel your orders

Order Cancellations requests before shipping: Orders can be cancelled by yourself by visiting website, logging in to your account, navigating to “My subscription details” and selecting the order # from “Order History”. However you can reach out to our customer support team by chatting with Stuti or by writing to us at Our usual wait time is less than 48 hours

Cancellations after Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Please reject the shipment during the delivery and if the amount is already paid, reach out to customer support and we would refund your amount.

Refund Policy (No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee):

We believe in the satisfaction of our customers, if products did not work well and you’re unhappy with results, please reach out to our customer support team by chatting with Stuti or writing an email to us at to claim the refund. Any request which is raised within 30 days of the order will be eligible for 100% refund. However, in the interest of the product, we have a SkinKraft Fair Use Policy: Refunds claimed after 30 days will be made available only for the remaining plan duration.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment mode and the reversing of the credits will take at least 3-5 business days. For cash on delivery orders, a payout link will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number, the bank account details must be provided for processing refund.

Note: The ongoing membership will be canceled once the refund request is raised, and membership amount cannot be returned in any case.


In all the refund cases, the products (used or unused) have to be sent back to us at the following address:

For prepaid orders, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of receiving the returned products. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be made to the bank account that you will have to provide along with the refund request.

The ongoing membership will also be automatically canceled when a refund is requested.
